Alejandra Phelts

She studied Philosophy and Art History at the "Institut Privé de Philosophie et Théologie Saint Jean", France, In 2006 she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts from the Autonomous University of Baja California. Since 2006 Founder and Director of "El Arte Alimenta" program of Art Education and Art therapy for children.


First Prize  "XVIII Bienal Plástica del Estado de Baja California" Painting category.
Honorable Selection Permanent National Collection of the General Consulate of Mexico, Shanghai, China.
First Prize San Diego Latin American Art Festival 2017.
Cultural Merit Award of  Baja California 2018.

Since 2001 Phelts has used a varied practice of installation, photography, painting and drawing to explore the relationship between art, life and memory.

Phelts' work has been shown in more than 60 exhibitions in Mexico, Europe, United States and China. featuring her participation in:
